It's simple. If you are a project manager, we call you a "Producer." If you are a professional in your field, we call you a "Pro." Shades of Green Network™ offers professionals with specialized skills and talent to access the network and become part of the SGN community. No matter what your profession, your abilities and your own networks can help Shades of Green Network™ entrepreneurs and businesses succeed being green. Benefits of Membership: Finder’s Rewards and More As members of the SGN community, Producers and Pros gain access to new business opportunities through a vast network of other professionals and their clients working with Social-Consulting™ (read more below). A system of project RFPs allows Pros and Producers to access these new opportunities for work. But it takes a network for everyone to succeed. This is done in two ways. 1. through the promotion of each Producer and Pro within the network on the SGN website, and 2. through Shades of Green Network™ referrals. SGN referrals, for new business or new members, may be obtained through sources such as: your current client rosters, advertising, new business contacts and networking. Producers and Pros are encouraged to bring a minimum of five (5) referrals to Shades of Green Network™ annually. For doing so, you receive a Finder’s Reward credit. For every SGN referral that becomes a paying member or contracted client, you earn $100 towards your annual membership dues of $500! Bring in 5 new members and your are good for the year's membership. So, bringing new clients and members to SGN keeps a steady flow of work for Producers and Pros and allows you to further gain access to the full pool of other members and their clients and projects. Producer / Pro Membership Dues Membership for Producers and Pros can be free.* Producer and Pro members gain access to communicate with other members, review RFPs, work and bid on projects, share business leads and ideas, and gain information from other experts in their fields. Note: Annual membership dues of $500 for Producers and Pros are due only upon the signing of the first contract for work detailed in a proposal in response to an SGN RFP. These dues are paid only once annually. * For every SGN referral that becomes a paying member or contracted client, you earn $100 towards your annual membership dues of $500!
